In late 2015, we envisioned the need for an outstanding school in Erbil. Taking decisive steps, we diligently worked to materialize our vision, completing the project in 2016 for the 2016-2017 academic year. Our commitment led to the realization of a progressive school, contributing to the educational landscape of our cherished city and our country. Our envision led us to our slogan (An advanced School; a path to an educated society) and named our school "Barz".
From the beginning, we embarked on educating a new generation with a contemporary curriculum and innovative ideas, facilitated by experienced educators. Our dedication extended to providing top-notch facilities, ensuring classrooms, halls, and school buildings met with global standards. Situated amongst a peaceful and greenery environment, we aimed to cultivate an optimal learning environment.
A year later, we expanded our offerings, introducing indoor kindergarten for the 2017-2018 academic year. Presently, Barz Private School comprises 4-year and 5-year Kindergartens, Primary grades 1 to 9, and High School consisting of grades 10 to 12.
By 2018, Barz Private School achieved recognition as the premier educational institution in Erbil, as assessed by the Ministry of Education. Committed to maintaining this distinction, we persistently strive for excellence, nurturing the intellectual and creative potential of each student.
